CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – A teacher from Northeast High School has been arrested on a charge of statutory rape by an authority figure.
On Dec. 16, Steven Hirschi, 34, was arrested on three counts of statutory rape by an authority figure, two counts of sexual exploitation of a minor and one count of tampering with evidence following an indictment by a Montgomery County grand jury.
