A man was charged after he fled from law enforcement in a stolen vehicle in Hopkinsville on Friday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say they were alerted to a stolen vehicle in Oak Grove and located the vehicle in Hopkinsville, driven by Kavis Payton, where they attempted to conduct a traffic stop.
Payton reportedly fled down Fort Campbell Boulevard, and spike strips were used in the area of Interstate 24, but he was still able to get on to the Interstate…
