When floodwaters swept across Christian County in 2025, homes and businesses were severely damaged, leaving many people to rebuild or move. The folks at Camo Caravan decided to salvage what they could and reopen the restaurant in downtown Hopkinsville.
Camo Caravan, co-owned by military veterans Jason Coy and Eric Hardin, opened in Hopkinsville in 2022 and has become known for its burgers, sandwiches and much more.
