Ahead of the three elections in Montgomery County this year, the Montgomery County Commission will select an interim representative for District 6.
Three candidates expressed interest in being considered to fill the open District 6 seat on the Montgomery County Commission, after Commissioner Michael Lankford was selected to serve as interim state House District 75 representative.
On Jan. 5, the commissioners heard from the three candidates who submitted their letter of interest and resume in the order they were received.
