CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – The Clarksville City Council will hold off on a plan to move an emergency homeless shelter to a new location.
The city council voted during Thursday night’s meeting to postpone its decision on whether to approve the purchase of a downtown property to relocate Clarksville’s only emergency warming shelter.
