The Clarksville Police Department has identified three females they say were involved in the Christmas Eve shoplifting incident that occurred at City Gear, inside Governors Square Mall, located at 2801 Wilma Rudolph Blvd. in Clarksville.
Two of the three suspects, Toneisha Williams, 28, and Antranice Phillips, 27, have been arrested and booked into the Montgomery County Jail.
