The situation ended peacefully and an individual is getting the help they need following an incident on Beckham Road in Elkton on Monday.
According to Kentucky State Police, they responded to the scene in Todd County where a male subject was experiencing a crisis and had barricaded himself inside of the home. To ensure the safety of both the subject and the law enforcement involved, KSP utilized specialized resources to make contact with the subject.
