Pedestrian suffers broken leg in Clarksville hit-and-run, police say

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A man suffered a broken leg in a hit-and-run crash in Clarksville on Thursday night.

According to the Clarksville Police Department, officers responded to the area of Scott’s Multi-Purpose Center along the 900 block of College Street just after 8 p.m. Thursday after receiving several 911 calls about a man lying in the road.

Once on the scene, officers found a man conscious and alert. He said he was running across the street when a vehicle hit him, according to the CPD, and the driver did not stay on the scene…
