CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Allie Phillips, a working mom of two, a union member, and a community advocate, announced her campaign for Tennessee House District 75.
Phillips said her campaign prioritizes lowering costs for working families – including housing, childcare and healthcare. She said is also focused on protecting and strengthening public schools, opposing private voucher programs that divert funding from local classrooms. Additionally, she said she is prioritizing veteran care and proactively solving Montgomery County’s growing traffic and road infrastructure problems.
“Tennessee families are working hard, but costs keep rising faster than their paychecks can keep up with,” Phillips said. “Housing is out of reach, childcare is unaffordable, healthcare is overwhelming, and the roads aren’t keeping up with our growth. I’m running to focus on real, local solutions that make life more affordable and our community stronger.”…
