Clarksville woman’s home flooded 3 times. Now she’s found peace

This time last year, Clarksville-native Candace Payne was sitting at her kitchen table, waiting as water slowly but surely rose into her house for the third time in two years.

This year, she’s learning to embrace a peace she couldn’t have expected as she thinks back on lessons learned.
