2 men receive life sentences for connection to 2023 Clarksville gas station murder

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Two men will spend the rest of their lives behind bars for their connection to a deadly shooting that took place at a Clarksville gas station in 2023, according to 19th Judicial District Attorney General Robert Nash.

On Tuesday, March 3, a Montgomery County jury found Otis Lee Barnes and Maleike Tyree Hamlin guilty of first-degree premeditated murder for the death of 29-year-old Jarlen Corbin.

Meanwhile, the jury found another suspect, identified as Santanna Antonio Compton McFarlan, guilty of reckless homicide for his connection to the deadly incident.
