Kentucky State Police are investigating after an individual passed away at the Christian County Jail Saturday.
Hopkinsville EMS was called the jail for reports that a woman who was lodged there was experiencing a medical emergency. The woman was arrested earlier in the evening by the Christian County Sheriff’s Department and charged with possession of a controlled substance (opiates).
