On Thursday, March 5, the Clarksville City Council approved a resolution annexing the property of the future Ascension Saint Thomas.
The 99.29 acres, formerly known as the Boyd Pumpkin Farm, is located east of I-24 on Highway 76, east of Hornbuckle Road and west of Little Hope Road.
Part of the request also includes rezoning all the property to a C2, General Commercial District to match the commercial acreage of the existing parcels.
