HOPKINSVILLE, Ky. (FOX 56) — Police are asking for help finding a teen after he walked away from the Christian County Justice Center in February.
On March 10, the Hopkinsville Police Department went to Facebook to ask for help locating 17-year-old Cecil Fernandez.
Cecil is about 6 feet tall and 160 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
He was last seen on Feb. 10 walking away from the Christian County Justice Center wearing a camouflage jacket, navy blue polo, khaki pants, and black Hey Dude shoes, according to the department…
