Charles “Chas” Uffelman has launched his campaign for Clarksville City Council in Ward 6, centered on a simple argument: As Clarksville grows, it has to grow smart and with opportunities for the people who already call it home.
“Clarksville is growing like a weed, and we’re getting squeezed. Working folks don’t have the same opportunities they used to. We deserve better. We deserve a city we can afford that works for working people,” stated Uffelman.
