A Dickson man will face court on Thursday after police apprehended him three times in February.
Steven Wilson Swope, 70, was arrested on Sunday, February 1; Wednesday, February 25; and Thursday, February 26, said Dickson County Sheriff’s Office public relations officer Capt. Jennifer Caruthers. The City of Dickson Police Department investigated all of the events.
