HOPKINSVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – An investigation is underway into a shooting that left a child seriously injured in Hopkinsville on Monday night.
According to the Hopkinsville Fire Department, fire and medical personnel, along with officers from the Hopkinsville Police Department, responded to a home in the 1000 block of East 9th Street around 8:30 p.m. after a call came into dispatch about a child being shot.
They arrived to find a child suffering from a gunshot wound to the head, according to Hopkinsville Fire/EMS…
