Despite opposition from neighbors, the Clarksville City Council has approved rezoning of a 10.77 tract of land on Old Russellville Pike with a 7-5-1 vote.
The acreage is located at 1911 Old Russellville Pike, just east of Dunbar Cave Road and West of Cheshire Road.
