CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — At the request of the Clarksville Police Department, the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation posted a Silver Alert Saturday night for a missing man with a medical condition.
The subject of the Silver Alert is James Anthony Insco, who the CPD said is 58 years old but the TBI said is 59. Authorities described him as 6-feet tall and 180 pounds with gray hair and green eyes.
