Pleasant View Elementary School proudly celebrated a special milestone April 11 with a ceremony naming the school’s gymnasium in honor of Jerre Williams.
A beloved teacher, coach and mentor, Williams dedicated 40 years to the Cheatham County School District, leaving a lasting legacy both in the classroom and on the court.
He served at PVES from 1965–1979, shaping generations of students before continuing his impactful career at Sycamore Junior High School, Sycamore Middle School and Cheatham Middle School. After retiring in 2005, his influence continues to be felt across the district…
