Rossview Farms LLC, the developer behind Marcelina, a mixed-use community in Montgomery County, today announced the donation of a 2.192-acre tract within Marcelina to Montgomery County for the future home of a new public safety complex.
The Montgomery County Commission approved acceptance of the land donation this evening as part of a broader public-private partnership. The donated property carries an appraised value of approximately $1.638 million.
