CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — More than 500 soldiers, veterans and civilians gathered Friday to welcome the Wings of Liberty Museum in Clarksville.
The project was nearly three decades in the making and is purposely located off base to make it more accessible to the public.
