COOKEVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – The Putnam County Sheriff’s Office reports that a man out of Montgomery County has been arrested after he allegedly kidnapped two of his grandchildren.
PCSO reports that Edward Fulton was arrested over the weekend.
