The Clarksville contractor and social media influencer arrested in a shooting outside the Montgomery County Courthouse May 13 was facing a separate harassment charge when the shooting occurred, court records show.
Dalton Eatherly, known online as Chud the Builder, made national news May 14 after the courthouse shooting, but that was not his first brush with Clarksville law enforcement.
