The former Boston Market at 7820 113th Street N. in Seminole sat vacant for three years before it began to show any signs of new life.
Purchased in March by Tampa-based Wagner Property Group, the renovated restaurant will soon have a new tenant: Wild Fork Foods, a meat and seafood market with 66 locations around the country, including one at 2801 4th Street N. in St. Petersburg, which debuted in November, 2024.
