POLK COUNTY, Fla. – A 34-year-old Tampa man was arrested Saturday afternoon in Polk County after deputies spotted him driving along the shoulder of Interstate 4 to pass congested traffic.
According to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office, a deputy was driving on I-4 around 12:30 p.m. on September 12 when they saw a silver Mitsubishi SUV move into the exit lane for the Polk Parkway.
