A 33-year-old Florida man was arrested after police say he struck two siblings on an electric bike, killed a 10-year-old girl, and replaced his damaged car doors with junkyard parts before turning himself in.
Arick Metayer faces charges of leaving the scene of a crash involving death, leaving the scene of a crash involving serious bodily injury, and tampering with physical evidence in connection with the death of Peyton Williams.
