Hulk Hogan’s longtime Clearwater, Florida, mansion has sold for $5.9 million, more than $5 million below the price sought when the property first hit the market. reports that the 5,400-square-foot beachfront home was listed in January for nearly $11 million and has now changed hands. A neighboring guest cottage connected to Hogan also sold separately for $2.8 million. It is not clear whether the same buyer purchased both properties, so the two transactions should be treated as separate sales rather than one combined deal.
Hogan bought the main property in 2012 for approximately $3.3 million. The house includes five bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms, along with a large primary suite featuring a gulf-front terrace, sitting area, morning bar and walk-in closet. The neighboring cottage measures just over 2,000 square feet and contains three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms.
