Tampa, FL – In an inspiring display of joy and generosity, the Ye Mystic Krewe of Gasparilla pirates embarked on a heartwarming voyage to the AdventHealth Tampa Pediatric Unit, bringing a wave of happiness to children who could not attend the Gasparilla Children’s Parade.
The pediatric ward transformed into a scene of delight as the pirates, in full regalia, made a surprise entrance, armed not with swords but with beads, gifts, and an abundance of smiles. The unit, usually marked by the quiet bravery of its young patients, was filled with laughter and excitement as the children interacted with their unexpected visitors.

The visit held special significance for the children who had to miss the beloved Gasparilla Children’s Parade due to illness.
