A new lobster roll food truck has debuted in the greater St. Petersburg area, chef Som Maly told Business Debut.
Owned by Lindsey Maly, Lobstah Daze offers New England-style cold lobster rolls, Connecticut-style warm rolls with butter, fried whole snapper, cracked conch with lemon pepper aioli, lobster tacos, cracked conch and more.
Lobstah Daze has a weekly event at Golden Isles Brewery at 3000 Dr M.L.K. Jr St N, St. Petersburg, FL 33704. Lobstah Daze will be there from 4 – 9 pm every Wednesday.
They will also be at Par Bar Mini Golf at 2253 1st Ave S St. Petersburg, FL 33712 this Saturday from 4 – 10 pm.
Additionally, they will be popping up at HOA neighborhoods in Lakewood Ranch and Sun King Brewing in Lakewood Ranch in the future as well.
