DUNEDIN – Moe Freaney said she came out of college more than 35 years ago looking for a place to live and “I found my life.” Elected to the City Commission in 2016, she received 56% of the vote to defeat Commissioner John Tornga (34%) and local businessman John Shine (10%) in the Nov. 5 mayoral contest.
