The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have built a solid front office foundation over the past decade-plus. But that foundation could be in jeopardy as other teams seek to hire away talent.
On Friday, the New York Jets announced they had completed an interview with Buccaneers assistant general manager Mike Greenberg for their vacant general manager position.
Greenberg has held the position in Tampa Bay since last season after being promoted from vice president of football operations, a position he held for eight seasons. He joined the organization in 2010 as a player personnel assistant.
