It’s Brett Waronicki, a recent DUI arrest at a seemingly standard traffic stop. But police uncovered quite a scandal when Waronicki turned out to be a circuit judge.

Police in Martin County pulled over a Ford F-150 on Northwest Jensen Beach Boulevard near Jensen Beach, Florida. The driver complied, pulling over along with the F-150’s two passengers. It was Brett M. Waronicki, a 46-year-old Florida man and a person of interest for local law enforcement.
Incidentally, this traffic stop was no accident. Police intended to pull Waronicki over after weeks of investigation. See, Waronicki was reportedly “involved in drug activity” at a Jensen Beach bar. A couple of days ago, the investigation reached a climax when authorities with the Martin County Sheriff’s Office pulled the Florida man over in his F-150. But here’s the kicker: Waronicki is a circuit judge.
During the course of the traffic stop, the authorities concluded that Waronicki was driving under the influence (DUI). It’s a serious charge by itself.
