TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — An anonymous tip led to the arrest of a Pasco County man Wednesday, following a drug investigation.
The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office reported receiving a tip that Khyas Smith, 19, was distributing “large amounts” of narcotics throughout Tampa.
Upon further investigation, detectives discovered that Smith was arranging drug deals and plotting to rob the buyers during the transactions instead.
