CLEARWATER BEACH, Fla. (WFLA) – Some residents of a Clearwater condo building that was evacuated last week are allowed to return home. However, not everyone is getting the green light.
Scott May is among the 60 residents forced to evacuate when crews noticed a split in a support pillar.
