OLDSMAR, Fla. – In a powerful stand against child exploitation, U.S. District Judge Virginia H. Covington has sentenced Justin Ryan Culmo, a 40-year-old Oldsmar resident, to 75 years in federal prison.
The sentence comes after Culmo pleaded guilty on December 5, 2024, to multiple counts related to child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including its production, distribution, possession, and the creation of adapted or modified depictions of minors.
