St. Petersburg resumes normal water billing practices after hurricane billing crisis

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — After months of suspending late fees and widespread billing issues following hurricanes Helene and Milton, the city of St. Petersburg is resuming normal utility collection practices starting June 1.

The move marks the city as the last municipality in Pinellas County to return to standard billing.
