Tampa road rage suspect who pointed pistol at 2 people arrested: authorities

TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — A man was arrested Tuesday regarding a road rage incident that occurred last week, according to the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office.

On June 11, police say that Corey Alexander Jackson, 42, was near the intersection of West Hillsborough Avenue and Harney Road when a confrontation in traffic led to him pointing a black pistol at two individuals.

Detectives identified Jackson, a three-time convicted felon, as the culprit and he was apprehended by the Tampa Police Department outside of his residence…
