St. Pete man with ‘prepare for war’ tattoo charged with impersonating officer

LEALMAN, Fla. (WFLA) — A man has been charged with impersonating a police officer after a road rage incident in Lealman, an affidavit from the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office said.

Jason Babcock, 45, was traveling near the intersection of 54th Ave. N and 71st St. N when he said he was cut off by another driver.

Babcock then passed the vehicle on the driver’s side and began to yell at the victim that he had made an improper turn…
