PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. (WFLA) — An employee was injured in an explosion at a junk removal service facility in Pinellas County on Tuesday. The Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO) tells News Channel 8 that an ammo can was opened, and detonated.
The owners of Junk Punks said the employee picked up a suspicious device next to his load.
It exploded, leaving him with burns to his chest and his arms. The owners said the employee was hospitalized, but is expected to be okay…
