Tampa family says ICE entered their home without warrant; ICE says no warrant needed

TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — A Tampa family said ICE officers entered their home without a warrant and tossed about their furniture and belongings with no reason.

The U.S. Attorney’s office said the family physically interfered with a lawful investigation.

Federal agents were looking for Marvin Isaac Caceres Maradiaga. Caceres is from Honduras and a federal judge ordered him to be deported in 2023, but he never left.
