Five Unauthorized Casinos Shut Down in Coordinated Enforcement Action
PORT RICHEY, Fla. – A multi-agency operation on Monday, August 4, 2025, has dismantled a network of five illegal gambling establishments operating as unauthorized casinos in Port Richey.
The Florida Gaming Control Commission (FGCC), in a joint effort with the Port Richey and New Port Richey Police Departments, executed search warrants that resulted in the confiscation of 249 illegal slot machines and the seizure of $194,262 in suspected gambling proceeds.
