Collier County judge denies bond appeal for Tampa woman facing first-degree murder

Two weeks after he delayed his decision, a Collier County judge denied bond for a Tampa woman facing the possible death penalty in a fatal overdose.

Kio’maris Moore, 27, has remained in custody at the Collier County Jail without bond since her Dec. 10 arrest, according to court documents. She faces one count of first-degree murder caused by the distribution of fentanyl, which could carry the death penalty.
