Indictment alleges Aleksandr Golovchenko, 49, used Snapchat to coerce a 12-year-old into producing CSAM
TAMPA, Fla. – United States Attorney Gregory W. Kehoe announced today the indictment of Aleksandr Golovchenko, a 49-year-old man from Oregon, on five federal charges related to child sexual abuse.
The indictment, returned by a federal grand jury, alleges Golovchenko faces three counts of production of child sexual abuse material and two counts of coercion and enticement of a minor. If convicted, he could face a maximum penalty of life in federal prison.
According to court documents, Golovchenko initiated contact with a 12-year-old girl online around February 2025. Over the following two months, he allegedly used the social media platform Snapchat to persuade and coerce the minor into engaging in sexual activity and producing sexually explicit content.
