TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — After two years under wraps, Ocean Ink Raw Bar officially opened its doors in Ybor City on Monday.
Located at 1632 E 7th Avenue, the establishment was founded by restaurateur Ken Emergy, who is best known for Tampa’s Barterhous and Charleston’s Burwell’s Stone Fire Grill.
“Ocean Ink is about letting incredible seafood speak for itself,” said founder Ken Emery. “We’ve spent years building relationships with fishermen so we can source in small, daily lots. It means our guests always get the best of the catch, served in its most pristine state.”
