Tampa man caught going 129 mph on Gandy Bridge: FHP

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (WFLA) — A man was arrested Monday after he was caught going nearly 130 mph on the Gandy Bridge, an arrest report from the Florida Highway Patrol said.

A trooper reported that they stopped a vehicle driven by Declan Sheppard, 18, after their laser unit showed he was driving 129 mph on the westbound span of the bridge.
