Hulk Hogan’s Family Pursues Malpractice Investigation Following His Death

Clearwater, FL – The family of professional wrestling legend Hulk Hogan has requested a formal investigation into whether medical malpractice played a role in his death. Court documents filed in Pinellas County show that Hogan’s widow, Sky Daily, and his son, Nicholas Bollea, are seeking a 90-day extension of the statute of limitations for filing a potential medical malpractice lawsuit. The petition names healthcare providers at Morton Plant Hospital, where Hogan was pronounced dead, and Tampa General Hospital.

Hogan, whose real name was Terry Bollea, died on July 24th at age 71 at his Clearwater home.
