PLANT CITY, Fla. — The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office said it arrested a teen armed with a rifle after a traffic stop in Plant City on Oct. 16.
According to HCSO, detectives served a search warrant on the teen’s cell phone, obtaining probable cause charges.
