PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. (WFLA) — A 2-year-old who wandered into the street in a Pinellas County neighborhood Wednesday afternoon was hit and killed by a pickup truck, the Florida Highway Patrol said.
The incident happened just before 4 p.m. on 49th Avenue North, west of 80th Street North, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
