DUNEDIN, Fla. (WFLA) — A 15-year-old cyclist who was involved in a crash with another teenager in Dunedin last month died on Sunday.
On Oct. 22, 15-year-old Viktor Rakaj was riding his bicycle north on New York Avenue, approaching Main Street.
